The Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) is a youth-led and highly interactive leadership development program designed to empower and engage the next generation of innovative leaders of our community.

The program will allow participants to develop leadership skills while collaborating with their peers and engaging in community service opportunities. The focus areas and activities will include:
 

• Foundations of leadership and success

• Engagement in exploration, discovery and self-expression

• Using the power of purpose to drive success

• Community service project

• Environmental project

• A final presentation
