Welcome to the Web site of Mu Omicron Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina we serve Chapel Hill and Carrboro communities. We are honored to be the graduate advisors of Theta Pi Chapter at The University of North Carolina.

Chartered on January 28, 1979, Mu Omicron Omega has worked diligently through the years providing services and conducting a variety of programs for area residents. Our members consist of women with diverse backgrounds – doctors, lawyers, educators, corporate executives, college administrators, housewives, retirees – all dedicated to meeting the goals and objectives of our sorority.

As we continue providing service to all mankind 102 years after our founders created this wonderful sisterhood, we look forward to Ensuring Service Programs: Serving Our Community with Service, Dedication and Purpose.
